That's an exact quote from my 6 year old son which pretty well sums up our recent 8/12-8/22 to WDW.

8/11 Off we go!!!
We left from Maryland, hoping to get as far as GA. We did, but it takes us about 3 hours longer than we though, because of traffic and weather. The first exit we got off of to find a place to sleep had a power outage. The next exit had no vacancy, because all of the people from the hotels where the power outage was, got rooms there! :hammer: We finally were able to get a room off of exit 3 in GA...I don't know why we just didn't keep on driving into FL
8/12 St. Augustine
We left from our hotel in GA at about 8am and 5 min. later have to make our ritual stop at the FL welcome center for the free OJ and to pick up some brouchures.
We drove as far as St. Augustine for the day to see Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, the Fort and walk around the old town. It's a really relaxing place and a nice way to ease into a vacation.
8/13 KSC
We left St. Augustine and drove down to Cape Canaveral to tour the Kennedy Space Center. My DS6 was really excited about this. To my surprise all of the kids really enjoyed the tour. After we were done with KSC we checked in at a hotel on Cocoa Beach for the night and the kids got to see the ocean for the first time. It was great! My DD1 kept getting knocked over by the waves, but she loved every minute of it!
8/14 On to WDW!!!
We were up bright and early to leave for WDW. It took us less than 2 hours to get there from Cocoa Beach, so we got to WL at about 10:30am. We checked in, but were told that our room was not ready yet, so we headed over to Epcot to grab a quick bite to eat. Of course, the kids wanted to ride something, so, what never has a ride at Epcot? That's right! We got JIYI out of the way:hurl: Now that that was over with, we headed to Mexico for some tacos, nachos and churros. A nice healthy lunch to start the trip:animwink:
After eating, we went to Gran Fiesta, which I didn't think was too bad. My kids loved that it had Donald in it, so it was a hit with them.
I then called WL to see if our room was ready, and it was! We went back and I was told what room. Now, I booked a std.view with 2 queens, so that's what I'm expecting. While walking down the hall and looking at the numbers, I realize that we're on the pool side!!! Then I open the door and... bunk beds!!!:sohappy:
My kids start screaming and to be honest so do I! I was sooooo excited. I unpack, we explore the hotel, and then head back to Epcot for the Princess Storybook dinner at Akershus. My DH and I were really impressed. We were a little nervous about eating there, but it was great. We both had the spare ribs. The kids loved it too! After dinner we did Living with the Land and The Seas with Nemo and Friends. We then headed back to WL, because we had to be up early the next day.
