Whoever posted that could get in big, big biiig trouble with Disney.
That's still not the DL version of the PTN soundtrack.
So.....has everyone already spent all their money on 60th collectibles yet....?

Nah. WDW has the better merch, this summer with the Polynesian/Sam's line out.So.....has everyone already spent all their money on 60th collectibles yet....?
Nope. Sadly a lot of it is pretty junky. I was disappointed overall in the new merch.

I literally used my last quarter (and had to ask a stranger to exchange 2 dimes and a nickel for another quarter) to be able to get all of the 60th anniv. pressed pennies. But I got them all...except for the "Decades" sets that are to be released periodically. Unfortunately, I won't be back anytime soon to get them. Need to find someone willing to spend $7.65 on my behalf (3 x $.01 + 3 x $.50 all times 5 sets that I don't have) to get the other 5 sets of pennies. Anybody wanna help me out?
I'll be in Disneyland for a week in mid-August.
Might be able to help you out if you will be able to tell me exactly where to get the pennies you need.
That'd be great! If it works out, then great!
The Decades penny machine is at World of Disney in Downtown Disney, just inside one of the middle doors. There are actually 2 penny machines there, one on each side of the doors. As I recall, the Decades machine is the one on the west side (but I could be remembering it wrong).
I already have the 3 pennies that are dated 1955. I don't know when the other one will be released, so they may or may not be there in mid-August. I don't know, but I'm guessing the following sets will be 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, and 2005...just a guess, though. It'll cost $.50 per penny, plus the penny for $1.53 total. It's not strictly required, but I'd prefer that you use pre-1982 pennies (mostly copper, as opposed to mostly zinc).
I'll be more than happy to pay reimburse you the $1.53, plus the cost of a Dole Whip or Churro for your troubles. Ping me in a private message and we can arrange the specifics. (Same offer applies for anyone who can help me get the other decades.)
Is there a guide to all the pressed penny machine locations somewhere? I wasn't impressed with most of the merch, collecting the pennies might be a fun alternative. Also, did they make some kind of book to keep them in?
Yes, i have seen the pressed penny collecting books that you can keep your collections in sold in the Parks on both coasts.
A lot a folks seem to collect them, so i am sure somewhere there is a *collectors guide*.
