Hi, guys!

I was planning to go to WDW in September, but due to some date/economic difficulties, my aunt has made me an irresistible proposal: going for the Thanksgiving week and first week of December! She knew I would accept it, as it joins the two things I love most: Disney and Christmas!!!!:D

Well, now I am soooooo anxious! I need some advice...

What happens on Thanksgiving week? I've heard they have special shows, and events. Any tips?

What are the dates for Mickey's very merry christams party for this year? How much does it cost?

Do they have a Country Bear Jamboree christmas edition every year? Do you know about any other christmas events around WDW?

Are they really going to have a christmas themed Donald's Breakfastossaurus at AK? Need early reservations?

I just can't wait!!!!:sohappy:

I am on the phone with Disney quite a bit during the day, and I will remember to keep asking about any changes. Do you need the menu?

Egg Beaters Available from Your Server Upon Request
Assorted Cereals, Dino Eggs (Tiny Donuts)
Muffins , Bagels , Biscuits
Breakfast Burrito
Scrambled Eggs , Western Eggs
Hash Browns , Dino Hash , Potatoes
Pancakes , French Toast
Sausage , Bacon
Oatmeal , Grits
Juices , Coffee , Milk

$15.99 for adults $8.99 for kids

Thanks a lot for the menu and prices! What do you mean by decorated in Christmas fashion? You mean the restaurant or the food, too? Maybe we could expect some christmas cookies and other treats, eh? I hope they change their minds about the characters costumes. Christmas costumes would be much better... But anyway, I agree with Cymbaldiva, it sounds really tasty! I also hate waking up early, but disney makes this miracle happen, especially when it comes to christmas+food+donald duck!!!

Thanks for all the great advice everyone. I too will be traveling to WDW at the beginning of December (with my mom) and staying at the GF. I've heard the decorations there are great!

Two questions:

1) Does anyone know when they typically reveal the lineup of celebrity narrotors for candlelight processional?
2) I read somewhere a while back that its possible to pay to have a christmas tree put up in your room...does anyone know if this is possible? I'm trying to make this trip as special as possible as my mom will just be done with chemotherapy.

I don't know about the narrators, but I've read in the Disney Magazine about the christmas tree, and it is really possible. I guess you should call your hotel and just ask for it, and they will tell you all the details. :)

Hope your mom gets well soon!!!:)

S'alright!!! No big deal, although I have learned from past experience that Disney doesnt really move to update stuff like that!!! I appreciate you keeping an eye out though!! I would love to know who the speakers are for this year. I plan on being there on December 7th, 2002. Last year I had Phylicia Rashad. I thought she was very good. She has a lovely speaking voice. All in all a fabulous show, which is why I Am repeating it again this year!!!!
