Teppan Edo or Ohana?

I was just looking at ADR's for our Dec 20-23(no kids :ROFLOL:) Vacation, and I'm torn between Teppan Edo(we love Japanese Steak House, and frequently go to them here at home) or Ohana. The only thing is as for the 20th Dec there is only one reservation at 9:20 available for Ohana, and basically all night available for Teppan Edo.

On the other nights I want to do the 50's Prime time cafe and Il Mulino New York Trattoria.

So which is better? Teppan Edo? or Ohana's?

Teppan Edo...you may be a little hungry when you leave...so if you're looking to eat your face off...Go to Ohana!

I just came back from DW and we went to Teppan Edo and Ohana. I have to say, both were fantastic. You really can't go wrong with either. I think it comes down to what kind of "experience" you want to have. We're in our early thirties with no kids and Ohana was perfectly fine. They have a Hawaiin Lady that gets the kids up and doing a conga line, but it wasn't intrusive or loud at all. We specifically asked for a window seat, which we got. I recommend this as the view is nice and there aren't other diners on all sides of your table.

At Teppan Edo you are sharing your table with other diners. It's great as long as there aren't screaming or constantly whining kids sitting RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. This didn't happen to us, but I saw it at another table and thought how lucky we were to not be sitting there!

Been to Teppan Edo once. It was nice and the food was tasty, but gotta give my vote to Ohana. We *love* the food their, and if you get a window seat you get a great view too. Just be sure to bring an appetite! :)

The kids doing the conga line and hula hoops with the Hawaiin lady was cute, but it didn't bother us at all really last time we dined there (even with table along the walkway).
