Perhaps it could be the spirit of the Krampus watching guest ominously and subtely by "possessing" different things until you see him for real at the half way point. Then you just have the krampus visible in the last couple of scenes

The biggest question is how do we correlated the evil wedding destroying Phantom, and Krampus?
I am thinking about that rn.

Do we have to? Haunted Mansion Holiday doesn't really worry too much about including Haunted Mansion story and stuff. As long as it fits into the greater Fronteirland/Ravenswood narrative, do we need to fit the phantom and the bride in here? I'm cool either way, but like you said, it might be a bit complicated.

If you can think of a smooth way to do it, it would be awesome though!

If we can do it smoothly, I would say incorporate it too. I just can't think of a way to do it that won't make the manor feel too crowded.

Unless we wanted to Freddy vs. Jason this and have the Krampus come to punish the evil Phantom.

I can't tell if that last idea is Sarcasm, but I still kinda like it lol

It started as sarcasm, but then I also decided I kinda liked it haha. It would definitely be much much tougher to convey in an omnimover setting (featuring little voiceover since Phantom Manor doesn't have a narrator) than just Krampus visiting a kid for stealing his father's gold or whatever. But it could be a cool/crazy idea.

It could actually be really fun! Definitely will be kinda difficult to convey in an omni-mover but definitely doable.

So, my laptop actually broke. Not a big deal, it is still under warranty and it will be fixed in a week. BUT I will not be able to do art or anything like that this round. I usually do everything but art from my phone though, so I can do anything else we need. I've never really handled a queue/preshow except for in solo stuff. It might be fun for me to do that if no one minds. I'm happy to help however I can though.

Anyone else able to do the art/layout?

I personally like both ideas. It would work both ways.
A- A Ravenswood Child has caused trouble throughout Thunder Mesa. This Christmas, he receives more than coal, as Krampus and his minions run through the Ravenswood Manor, and eventually Thunder Mesa with no avail, trying to find the child, but they find other naughty people in Town.

B- The Phantom's reign of terror is no more, as Krampus chases it through that mansion and into the town before it narrowly escapes back to Ravenswood Mansion.

I personally am more of a fan of B, but I can go for either.

I like A a little better... It sounds a little more plausible and fitting to the mythology.
