Would you classify the riddler escape room as an attraction? Because in my opinion, I’d rather have that than any of the other villain flat ride ideas tbh

Trying to think of more villain flat ride options... I like the idea of using Grodd, but I think the Captain Cold/Mister Freeze is going to be the best option out of the ones we’ve had so far

I was gonna try and post a recap before I went to sleep haha... basically, jokers summed up, in my opinion, the best ideas for a DC land... we’re also talking about an animation based land (see some options above), and Zelda has been mentioned (there’s been others that I don’t remember, sorry!) as the centerpiece of a third land.

My vote is for Kung Fu Panda, personally.

Also, with this being such a large project, I think that it would be in our best interests to separate into PMs once we get everything finalized so this thread isn’t a mess during brainstorming.

If we do Madagascar it’ll have to be better than the land in Universal Singapore. It’s not strong. Kung Fu Panda would be solid. I also still want to keep Trolls in the mix. It’s a more current IP that definitely has the potential to be relevant down the road (especially if we get a third)

Yeah for sure... there’s gonna be three distinct projects going on at the same time... in one night, we’ve already gone through six pages haha

Alright so without knowing if this has already been brought up

Islands of Adventure is themed to literature. Ideally, we should base it off books, comics, etc.

That said, the theme from 2001 has gotten overruled with the King Kong ride so maybe that’s out the window.

Completely forgot about Trolls... and I had no idea there was a Madagascar land in Singapore haha

At this point, aside from DC we’re pretty much getting rid of the literature-based lands so it shouldn’t matter much anymore.

Yes and no... Jurassic Park and Toon Lagoon aren’t literary based

My suggestion: there are ten of us and three lands to build.

One person is the project manager and makes sure everything is running together. Maybe also does the presentation aspect.

Three people do Land One. One person is elected leader of land one and works with the project manager.

Three people do Land Two. One person is elected leader of land one and works with the project manager.

Three people do Land Three. One person is elected leader of land one and works with the project manager.

This creates a top down leadership model with all ten of us important roles.
