I could possibly do without the whip. We could use the money to build something new and exciting. A Muppet dark ride, perchance?
Sure, a Muppets Dark Ride sounds interesting, I proposed a whip ride, as I thought a flat ride would be a great fit for the pier area, maybe it can be a shooting dark ride instead? I'm sure some money can be cut from the coaster, as I was overestimating it in case you and Ace came with other ideas for the area! Additionally we can also add a Carousel as it's cheap, and that way we add also a flat ride?

Nothing like having a billion to spend, :)

So star wars and red barron are the 2 new main additions and then the rest is complimentary for park updates with the extra cash? Look forward to seeing the results of this.
Thanks, I'm optimistic it will turn out great, if we managed to excecute it right, I would love to vist it! (That's actually my line of thought when developing an Imageneering project, what would I pay to visit?)

@AceAstro & @DisneyManOne so are you two alright with the budget for Muppet Pier having some sort of dark ride (maybe a shooting one?), the Muppet Coaster, a Flat Ride (maybe a Carousel?), & the Boardwalk Games?

I love the shooter dark ride concept. Maybe the concept could change with each room, a la Toy Story Mania. Or, maybe we could go down a route similar to the Lost Kingdom Adventure at Legoland Florida, where only one car goes through the room, thus allowing for more interactive targets.

I like that concept! Maybe you can handle the dark ride, flat ride & Dining/Shopping. While Ace does the Coaster, Boardwalk Games, & Land intro? And you two can work together on Snoopy as well?

Ok, hey guys, I think I have most of my family stuff sorted out at this point, so, I am mostly here. It seems like most everything is sorted out, but I wanted to throw out something really quickly:
The entrance is bad. There is no central icon, and all there is is a small strip, leading to a stage that looks tiny and temporary, and the two coasters nearest the entrance (the flying coaster and standing coaster) are both bad. And they hurt, a lot. The entry area could be a great area for renovation. Also, Camp Snoopy was just redone, as of a month ago. Maybe we should cut back on the camp snoopy stuff and just allocate a small amount there for placemaking with trees and whatnot.

Good to hear that everything was sorted out! And thanks for the insight, then we can redirect Snoopy's $170M budget for the entrance renovation, central icon placement, stage removal (?), and the two coasters update, we're already redoing the Hurler and giving it an Indiana Jones, so should we give a theme to those two coasters?

Also, what are your thoughts on The Muppets & SW areas?

I think SW is great! Muppets Might be perpetuating the issue that happened with DCA. Sticking a Muppets overlay in a mediocre area. We just need to make sure to bring a new aesthetic to the area, presumably brick ala Grand Park.
Also, what if we tore down the two central coasters and replaced them with one dueling coaster (NC vs SC) that runs along the border. Had that revolve around the icon (A Grand Hall of sorts)

I agree about the Muppets, that's the main reason we choose that area, to make it better, as from what I could see it definitely needed the most help. Something Grand Avenue style sounds like a good plan!

And a dueling coaster sounds like a great idea, as it's something the park doesn't have, and will help solve the icon problem, all of this area re-do can surely be done with the 170M budget! However, if you think it might need a little more, I can make some cuts!

Also, I was wondering if you wanted to take the Park & Project intro, as you have more knowledge of the park, so you might be able to do a better job than I in that area, and in consequence I can take the Indy area, as it's a smaller scale project.

How does this sound? Anyone wants to do something else? This is what I've gathered from the brainstorming so far, however if I mistakenly added you to something you didn't wanted, or would prefer to do something else, feel free to say so, and I'll change it! There are also things missing someone to work on! @Magic Feather @DisneyManOne @AceAstro

It all looks great to me! Thanks for taking the lead on this whole project!! I’ve just been so busy with my new job I haven’t had much time right now. I hope to be more available starting tomorrow!

That all sounds good to me. I can definitely do the entrance renovation. My plan is for the dueling coaster to be like two dueling Maverick's with a brief indoor portion, centered around "Carolina Hall" (A mishmash of both capitol buildings on a hill). Expected cost for the Carolina Cruiser (working title) is $80 million plus $20 for the Carolina Hall Structure, hill, etc. Add on $30 mil for new main street area (not final title). Also, I feel like we should annex the Intimidator somewhere with a new theme, thoughts?

I've been looking at the map, and it's between Snoopy & what will become our new entrance, so I'm unsure of the theme for it, maybe the best option would be for it to be connected to the entrance land?

Also, I just realized there's a Drop Tower next to the Hurler, so it could receive a small update, to look like it's made of rocks, to fit with the Indy area, and maybe make the Coca-Cola Marketplace the Indiana Jones bar?, leaving the rest of Thrill Zone as it is.

Also, FYI, Carowinds already has a shooting dark ride. (Boo Blasters on Boo Hill)
Then we would have to create something else, @DisneyManOne & @AceAstro anh ideas? It has to be something Disney wouldn't build in the parks, and I just realized there's already a Carousel, so we need another type of flat ride.
