I think they are what the are. They are a ticket. I just thought itwas odd some people hate them but then on another thread people are about to die because they are not going to get them.

This is so disappointing. They have Magic Band t-shirts?! I really wanted to get the KTTW Gift Pack (containing KTTW t-shirt, KTTW collectable mug, KTTW plushie and 10 randomly selected KTTW-themed trading pins) when I was on my last trip, but alas went home empty handed.

Are the Rapid Refill shirts available yet? That's the one I'm wanting, with an RFID chip to prevent wearing it more than twice between washes.

I will either wait till its back up or make the bf pay. I usually don't carry around a lot of cash at Disney anyway. Also we are one the dining plan and no one in my group is a big snacker so I typically don't buy that much food or drink. Im not saying eveyone will have less to carry it's always personal preference plus I can't stand things in my pockets and I know that does not bother the other 99.9% of the world so it won't affect them at all.

So if you're bf will be carrying cash, then they will probably be carrying a wallet - why wouldn't they just hold on to the tickets?

And if the system goes down, then you wouldn't be able to use the credits on the band...

Not trying to pick on you, and I'm glad that you are finding the MagicBand useful, but just a thought...

I actually carry his tickets, in the past something in his wallet deactivated his kttw card. Im assuming that is no longer possible due to the chips in the cards. I don't really know what I think of the bands yet, Im curious to see how it goes on our Nov trip .

Saw a dude wearing the "I'm With The Band" shirt at Mouse Gears yesterday. He was in a party of about a dozen folks. None of them was wearing Magic Bands.

We were at POP recently. My nephew bought the Parks Icons set of Banditz for $8.95.
My SIL wanted to go halfsies on a Minnie set. I found my band outrageously uncomfortable as it was (they had no such issues) and declined to encumber it any further.

As to the shirts, ummmmmm ... NO!

P.S. - "Banditz" - intentionally ironic?

I tried my band when it arrived. I also found it uncomfortable. A friend said I had to wear it for an hour for it to fit correctly. I don't know how this is going to work. I hope when the trip comes it is more comfortable. Now I can't wear my chamilla bracelet with my Disney charms since I always wear a watch.
