Trip Report SummerPalooza: When 1 resort reservation morphs into 5 resorts

We have had a few trips this year that were odd for us. The trip where my family had to end their vaction but I stayed on for 3.5 more weeks. I didn't even book a return ticket. This report will start out mostly of semi in-the-moment of the day posts at least for the first half of 3 weeks as we all will be arriving at different points. Like the above report I am not overly wordy but enjoy posting photos of WDW and Food along with adult beverages. Sometimes a tad odd to me behaviors in the parks.

This trip kept expanding in days and as a result resorts this time for reasons I will get around to explaining later, for now mostly photo's of the day. Hope you enjoy.

Lunch at Polite Pig which is under construction for their outdoor dining portion Ribs. Corn was meh, Max Cheese good and baked beans excellent as was the mini corn muffin. This is weird to say but the slaw was a bit to fresh. I know. I love slaw but it needs several hours to slightly soften the cabbage.

Sauces were good. I liked the spicy more than the sweet. Mustard BBQ one was tasty but didn’t compliment anything. The BBQ ranch was real good and I dumped it on my slaw

The ribs were smoked and rubbed. Tiny bit of sauce. A lot of meat on thes ribs.

Halloween Party was so much fun and a light crowd

And a few more from the party. We didn’t get back until after 1am and up at 6am.

It was a weird ride on Peoplemover. So very dark in Space couldn’t see guests on Peoplemover

Several attractions had live performances within the attraction. Haunted Mansion had several and Pirates added multiple people to the animatronics. The pirate standing on bridge was a hoot.

Rising this morning, Saturday was rough. We added the Party last night as we were heading to Volcano Bay waterpark but the weather was iffy so plan B. But we had reservations at 8am at Garden grill. It did not disappoint

Rode every attraction in Future World except Mission as we never do that, ever and onto World Showcase by 1115 am
Dryerlint for @tuvala and @dryerlintfan
Teriyaki chicken pod was delicious
That Galaxy building is so huge
America never disappoints
And lunch in France. Slurp

In the Festival Center we were very impressed with the chocolate carved sculptures. Under glass so there is some glare on photos

We’ve had a couple good meals at the Commissary at the studios this trip

BBQ cheddar burger had brisket on to along with bacon which shhhh I picked off the bacon. Also had garlic aioli The fries are not standard but delicious seasoned steak fries

And more bbq ribs. Slurp

The Commissary delivers to your table at dinner hours.

And the funniest thing, hand wrapped plastic silverware. The good kind and silver color.
