Long weekend. Flying there tomorrow, early evening and come back Monday night. We're staying the extra day cuz my band is playing at a street fest Sunday night, so we're meeting up w/ a few of my friends to watch them.

Oh that does stink. Have you tried crosswords? In my worst bouts of insomnia, that always makes me tired.

Sounds like a fun weekend!

I remember those nights - especially with DS (a September baby). It's just not fun. Frankly that whole last month is the pits - it's God's way of preparing you for the lack of sleep to come.

I always say that last month is unnecessary. :lol:

I ended up sleeping in the recliner because that was the only semi comfortable position I could find.

I'm sorry you're not sleeping, Bunny....I'd have to raise my hand with others who said sleeping in a recliner was the only way I was comfortable. I was up and down so much with Joel, because he was soooo low. Mike said he never slept so well as when I was in the hospital with our boy! :lol:

It's miserable - so humid out. I got my errands run though. Picked up the summer bank statements for the PTG and dropped off more of Joel's kindergarten paperwork. Then I went to the grocery for a few things.

oh my. I have a dog and If something happened that I needed someone take him I would want a family member to do it. He knows when grandma comes and his uncle john. Dogs are soooo smart. I had Buddy my brothers dog the other night while they went somewhere. He was ok for a little while then he just sat at the window waiting on him to come get him.
