I don't know. The guy just keep saying it wasn't their fault. So he has to call our insurance. Our insurance shouldn't have to pay for the seat and seatbelt. They messed it up.

Yep - so I'll be calling my agent again in the morning. Either she didn't check her voicemail, or she forgot. But Disney said she needs to take care of it since the whole package is through AAA :shrug:
Upside is, we'll be dining at Boma in October, and Joel & I will be attending MNSHHP for at least part of the evening on the 30th! :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:
