I don't know if I told you that we got an offer to go to Vegas to see the Lion King. We checked airfare and found a good deal, so we booked that. Then we figured that since we'll be that close to CA that we'd do a loop up and around Monterey. Needless to say, one thing led to another and...well, you know...

So, my house is not a fun place to be right now. This is pretty much as bad as it gets w/tax season. Except for 45 minutes to run an errand and another 45 minutes for dinner, Lou has not come out of the computer room since 9 a.m. :dazzle: The kids' playroom is directly across the hall from his home office, and they have been very loud and boisterous all day. Borderline obnoxious, actually. So he's been yelling at them most of the day. He is so stressed, and it affects his behavior. I try telling him that he sounds like a jerk, but its like talking to a wall.

Sorry to be a downer. I just have to vent. It's been a really bad day.

Kristin, I can't even imagine that. When Dave does our taxes I have to just leave the house because he gets so grumpy (and clearly it's all my fault!), and he's only doing ours, DD's, DS' and his mom's.
