Not bad...Em's girlfriend just left...she arrived at 6:30 last night...

How you doing?

Fine - it's been a very quiet Saturday here - Abby is spending time with her grandma today, and Joel is absorbed with his latest favorite thing - Star Wars.
Bought our copy of Twilight this morning and finally got to watch it with DH (I had seen it in the theater by myself). Like it even better the second time around. :)

I knew I liked that kid for a reason. (takes a sip from her Burger King "return of the Jedi" glass)

yeah, well....who knows what any politician really thinks and feels. I'm a total cynic about all of 'em. I would hope because of her son, she is sincere. It's a wonderful organization.

I'm a cynic about most of them. However, in this particular case, I just find the contrast interesting...isn't he supposed to be the suave, smooth, intelligent one, and she the backwoods bubble headed beauty queen? For the record, that video was taped prior to TOTUS' appearance on Leno.

Just sent Grant to drop the kids at my mom's. Freedom!!!!!!!

 He's watching those Clone War episodes that are now on Cartoon Network...I must say the animation is spectacular. Still, the best ones will ALWAYS be the originals:

Leia: I love you.

Han: I know.

And I may regret this, but TOTUS? :veryconfu

TOTUS = Teleprompter of The United States (as opposed to POTUS).

See, no regrets!!

I freakin' LOVE the original Star Wars. I am still in love with Han Solo.

And he knows it.

The originals were the BEST....I kept wanting to vomit through the whole Anakin/Padme relationship in the newer ones. :hurl:
BTW, I don't know if they were supposed to (I thought it's release date was next Tuesday), but I got a copy of Bolt yesterday. You MUST see this movie. The hamster. is. hysterical.:lol:

AMY!
I take it you heard/saw TOTUS on Jay Leno the other night and his lovely Special Olympics comment?

How in the heck can anyone take that comment as something that was not intended to be mocking?

That is all I shall say on the subject but I LOVE the link you posted..:):):)
