NIBBS... this is for you.
So the friends I had that in with... didn't end up talking to them... they were ridiculously good looking, but seemed kinda... just definitely not my type of girls. I could just tell.
But so the failures...
When we first got there, some girl was like... just KEPT looking at me, we kept making eye contact... over and over and over again. But i couldn't for the life of me figure out how to talk to a random girl I had no in with... so like at one point she walked RIGHT BY ME AND LOOKED RIGHT AT ME... AND I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING...
*hangs head in shame smiley*
So then, some other group of girls showed up who were meeting my buddy's younger brother. And there was a blonde who was honestly just gorgeous. She was absolutely gorgeous... and like when they first got there i tried to talk to her, but she kinda iced me so i was like "ok... i'll stop"
but then later we were all talking in a group, and she was being cool... so i was like "yeah hey thanks for icing me earlier" and she was like "WHAT?! WHEN?!?!" so i was just like... teasing her a bit about that, and she was like grabbing my arm, touching my shoulder, laughing hysterically... totally opened up to her pretty well... things were going phenomenally... and then suddenly her eyes light up as some random kid shows up... and she goes over to this kid... WHO WAS THE BIGGEST LURCH EVER...
Kid was like... big and kinda fat, and just looked like a complete scumbag... but she was like in love with him. So i talked to one of her friends, and i was kinda hitting it off with her well, but i'm like... I'm not a creep going girl to girl... she knows i was going after the other girl, so i'm not making any moves. And because i made that choice, we had a pretty good time talking and stuff, girl was cool...
but so then the one i was into comes up to me WITH the guy and is like "WE'RE GOING DOWNSTAIRS DANCING, I WANNA SEE YOUR MOVES... LET'S GO, YOU SAID YOU CAN DANCE"
and i'm like... (to myself) "wow, i'm like the gay guy friend..." so i turned down the offer to go down there considering it'd be me her and this guy... no thanks... me and her ABSOLUTELY... not with this dude...
so then i ended up talking to the ORIGINAL girl that I had been making eye contact with... and I told her that like I wanted to talk to her all night, but that I just wasn't comfortable approaching her... and she was like "well you should have" and like... before we got a chance to really talk her friend was like... well clearly creeped out by me...
so I go to talk to her friend, not really considering that its pretty much the end of the night and this was my one shot at getting this girl's number... and I'm like "I realize you probably think I'm just some guy who's like... hey its the end of the night who can I take home? well i'm not, i think your friend is absolutely gorgeous and wanted to talk to her all night... and literally, I just was hoping I could talk to her, get to know her and maybe take her out sometime... but I just don't have the confidence to do it... so I apologize if I come off as creepy... but to be honest you basically just proved exactly WHY i don't talk to girls, my fear of coming of creepy, which obviously I did..."
so the girl was like "i'm so sorry, you're right, and you seem like a good guy, and i'm just fighting with my bf so i'm in a bad mood... i'm sorry"
so i was like... "don't fight with your bf... be understanding that he'll make mistakes... give him a few breaks... he'll be there for you but he'll mess up at times..."
so she's like "recent breakup?"
So i literally just rolled my eyes and go... "i spent too much time in my life with the wrong girl..."
and then... that was that... and the freaking girl I wanted to talk to had like walked away cuz when i talked to her friend i wasn't talking to her... so she had no one to talk to and just went to her group of friends somewhere else in the bar... so i wasn't gonna follow her there...
so... because i chose to try and not be creepy to her friend who i couldnt careless about... i missed my opportunity with her...

Oof. Last night when I was at the dance party, I got my random dizzy thing again. The same thing that happened at the beginning of the quarter that caused me to miss my first bio lab. It wasn't fun at all.
I'm still a little dizzy, not nearly as bad, though. At least I can function right now.

We have WAY too many clothes, and I will definitely be having a huge garage sale this summer. :hammer:

Well that's certainly nice!
I'm good! Weather's beautiful today... I was driving around earlier with the windows down blaring "I wanna be your man" and just like the other night... of course a car of cute girls pulls up next to me with their windows down and just laugh at me... haha
Also realizing I get myself SOOOOOOOOOO much worked up/hung up on girls... :lol:
I'm like legit still upset that random kid showed up last night when I was talking to that blonde girl... she was just wicked cool and she was like... I KNOW she wasn't the best looking girl there; probably not one of the top 10 best looking there (but up there, confidence boost i held a conversation with her) but just SOMETHING about her I was sooooooooooo attracted to... I like, didn't care about talking to anyone else; something about that girl Jenny... and then some scumbag shows up...
Those are the breaks right?
