So I guess what he's saying is somebody should also sue the makers of "Kimba" for ripping-off Hamlet. And then somebody should sue Shakespeare for ripping off Greek tragedies and morality plays. And then somebody should sue Greek tragedies and morality plays for ripping-off mythology. And then...

No, not at all. In fact...I'm saying that TLK is in no part Kimba. Kimba is a completely different stoary, with a different plot, and different themes. TLK is based on Hamlet (and Disney doesn't try to hide it...hence the sequel). Kimba is a different story that involves humans and nature interacting.

And as for Disney suing people...98% of the time, they sue for ligitimate reasons...not for apparently seeing the word 's**' in a cloud. That daycare incident was not a lawsuit, just a threat.

So if I'm hearing it right you're proposing an end to all intellectual property rights? No more patents, authorship of books, or works of art? I don't think Disney would like that very much, seeing as how they LOVE to sue people for this kind of thing.

Ummmm...Notice "sacrcastic smiley" in original post. Wild guess here, but it just might be denoting SARCASM. I know you have some sort of abject hatred towards Disney on this topic, but for God's sake lighten up.

And my post was in response to tom4004 saying how Disney ripped-off Kimba, not to askmike1's post.
