Suggestion for seafood in Epcot?

That's what I am hoping for. Because eating it raw/poke style was like chewing on the sole of a shoe!

Would have to agree with Scud fish and chips we had at the UK pavilion was the best I have had. I am some what a picky seafood eater far to much of what you get is frozen not fresh in restaurants and many times it can have a fishy taste from long storage. Being from a small fishing/shrimping town in SC unless it is fresh not frozen I pass. Not sure what they serve at WDW seafood restaurants. My be some one here knows

If it is properly cooked, it will not be rubbery.

The only time I've had it was about a week ago at the Blue Bayou. Very rubbery - kinda tasted like spiced fat.

It can be for sure and it's disgusting.... Properly cooked it is pretty darn tasty.. Very hard item to cook well.

For seafood, I've always enjoyed Coral Reef.

Nine Dragons is good Chinese food (not great but good).
