Success With Million Dreams?

Has anybody seen somebody win that wasn't in a family group, or like less than 10 years old?

Not complaining, it's cool and all that Families and Kids get nice surprises, but I've never heard anything of a 20-something couple or a lone person getting "Dreamed".

Well, while we might ACT less than 10 while in WDW, we are not. Was in a group of 3, Me - 31, Wife - 28, Friend - 21. Got 2 moments....front of the line and our own car in Dinosaur (with a certificate) and a Very Merry Un-Birthday Party at Tony's in the MK.

So, it's isn't just the families with kids...it's the big kids too!

Yeah, I was just wondering because me and my gf are 25 and we've never even SEEN the dream crew.

At this point I wouldn't mind seeing somebody just win something in front of me so I can confirm they exist :)

Like someone said earlier on another thread....they hit and disappear discreetly ASAP....can you imagine a very visual dreamsquad in a more public area...they would be overcome/followed with hopeful guests....:D

I often have an opportunity to meet the family that stayed in the Castle Suite the night before. One day it was 4 college guys that stayed there. One guy was in the right place at the right time and since he didn't have family with him (he was on a school trip), he got to choose 3 friends. They showed me photos of their stay and showed me their special room keys that were given to them. They look just like regular room keys (cards), but were gold with Cinderella's Royal Suite on them.

And for information, if you see Dream Squad members in their blue shirts, they aren't giving out prizes. They look slightly different when handing out the prizes...just an added costume item. That is what they told me anyway when I see them dressed slightly differently.

I go like twice a week and I have yet to win anything. Although, I don't believe that I am the demographic they are targetting and may be at a disadvantage. I think a Dream Squad member is looking for families instead of 2-4 teenagers walking around to give the prizes to.

Well, I am at WDW almost every week and Monday I finally saw the Dream Squad roaming around. Then my friend and I were in the pre-show Library at Tower of Terror when the pre-show ended we were told by 2 Dream Squad cast members that we all one a prize. Everyone cheered. Then they told us that we had one a pin and lanyard set and half the people groaned. So it was neat but I don't think that the celebration has not been that much of a success. I wish WDW would go back to celebrating Anniversaries or other types of celebrations. With this management team I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get a 40th anniv. celebration since they didn't celebrate the 30th or 35th.

I've gotten more dream fastpassses than I know what to do with, but at all 4 WDW parks and 2 DLR parks, I've gotten the dream ears, several pin sets and a few pin/lanyards. I've also gotten a free character meal and assorted front of the lines at random WDW attractions (including a few I've declined).
