It may or may not feature the ticket booth and the cage wagon behind it, but it would make for a nice focal point.

Yeah the big tent will block it as it does in the concept art above. Wait a few days.

If the back of the sign read correctly, then the front would be backwards!

Im not sure that it will look much like the concept art. Look at the flags that they built for reference.

There wont be a tent and ticket booths like the art. The model more accurately represents what will be there.

There are eye hooks in place to hang banners to the left and right of the sign. In fact the model makes it look like even the sign would be a better but at least that's an upgrade to an actual lighted sign

It's far from finished if you look carefully you'll see the metal eyeholes where ropes attached canvases advertising the attractions will be attached and eventually covering all of the open spaces between the wooden poles.

I don't know which picture came first but the model and other concept art have a sign much more similar to what is being built

That's a good question. Looking at the pictures of the sign during the day you can see that "Storybook" doesn't have popcorn lights on it like "Circus" does. Maybe it look better in person, that picture isn't very good, or maybe there will eventually be other lights on it.
