Could it be?CarouselOf on Twitter is claiming Stitch has "already been dismantled and long gone". Is that true?

I have no idea. This person has been good with information regarding Carousel of Progress during its plussing recently. Doesn't mean they have info outside of that area though.Could it be?

After I posted the Twitter message above, someone else sent me a message saying that Carousel Of is wrong and that both chambers were 100% intact and that the attraction wasn't going anywhere at this time. They also said they were replacing the plexiglass in the tubes for each chamber, and that laser effects that have been missing for years were being replaced. I have no idea who this person is, they said I could say I got this info from an "anonymous Stitch CM" though.
Perhaps someone else can verify what is correct or incorrect here. I am NOT an insider (no ties to the company or anyone in it) and know about as much as you do. Carousel of Progress Love however has been a good source thus far on the recent plussing done to CoP and the touching up the rest of Tomorrowland has been getting, which is the reason I linked to his message. But I don't know how far his information stretches beyond that particular attraction. I have no idea who the "Stitch CM" is who messaged me, but they seemed eager to contradict the Twitter message above. Not believing anyone until someone like Martin, tirian, articos or the usual trustworthy sources shows up here to confirm what's going on.

I received similar info, turns out Chamber A is not already being taken down. Minor refurbs are happening for Christmas, but nothing major.I think he said only the father from the second scene was being replaced with an A100 frame. And that was for "testing", don't know whether this actually happened or not for the general public. Scene 2 Father's face at least has a bit of a different shape than before, so they probably did do some work on it. Couldn't really tell if the motion was better. I'm not sure how noticeable the better motion from A100's would be for this particular figure (other A100 figures are generally in a standing position).
I missed his other comments. But even outside of what CoP Love has said, it's rather well known that the attraction has had plans for some serious work for a while now. Even Martin teased a while back that it would get an overhaul in the near future. A final scene overhaul in particular being at least planned in some form.
I recently got wind of another project competing for the Stitch space with WIR, although WIR is still in the lead. Timelines seem to at least be partially delayed.Stitch was planned to be open for Thanksgiving week but it has since disappeared and will not be operating at all this month.
Much of Stitch from what I've heard is left untouched if not fixed since it has gone seasonal. Word is that some of it has even going a lot of TLC. What's going on? Is it staying or leaving?

Any hints on project B? I am going to assume same idea attraction wise just different ip?I recently got wind of another project competing for the Stitch space with WIR, although WIR is still in the lead. Timelines seem to at least be partially delayed.
Not much, although I will say that the better plan is open to interpretation, IMO, WIR is the better option, but it really depends as to your preference.Any hints on project B? I am going to assume same idea attraction wise just different ip?

I've been hearing 3 things for a while now. WiR could be heading to a "speedier" area with Stitch getting more "rocket" powered. The attempt being an easier mesh with the northernly neighbor.

So a sugar rush retheme of tomorrowland speedway. The rocket could be a few things so I'm not quite sure there.I've been hearing 3 things for a while now. Buzz, Space, and Astro Orbiter are the only ones I can think of. I think Buzz would be the best fit.So a sugar rush retheme of tomorrowland speedway. The rocket could be a few things so I'm not quite sure there.
I really hope not, there's already going to be soooo much Toy Story stuff once TSL opens, we don't need another. Kinda hoping they keep with Stitch but create a completely different type of attractionBuzz, Space, and Astro Orbiter are the only ones I can think of. I think Buzz would be the best fit.
When I said Buzz, I meant the Buzz attraction would be best suited for conversion to one centered around Stitch.I really hope not, there's already going to be soooo much Toy Story stuff once TSL opens, we don't need another. Ohhhh, okay, my mistakeWhen I said Buzz, I meant the Buzz attraction would be best suited for conversion to one centered around Stitch.
