Staying In Onsite Resorts! The Big Perk!

I usually make use of the early opening, but I can deal with switching over to night hours easily. I already am a night owl anyway. The real deal breaker would be them discontinuing ME from the airport or the bus service to the parks. Not having to worry about driving, parking, and the long trek in between saves so much of my energy.

I totally agree transportation is a huge perk, but one of the reasons I specifically mentioned free parking is I drove to all of the parks on our last trip and I'm not sure I won't keep driving, at least to some places, on every subsequent trip.

Granted, having a room very close to the parking lot had a big impact on choosing to drive over busing to the parks, but I also found it pretty convenient to come and go at my own speed over waiting (and hoping to have a seat) for the buses.

I also think getting to some places like the water parks, Downtown Disney, and other resorts are too much of a chore to reach using Disney buses. Driving yourself is SO much easier.
