Starbucks among other new vendors at Disney

Sir - please do not tell me what I can and cannot quote on. As far as franchising, McDonald's used to run fry stands in the parks and I was more bothered by seeing the Golden Arches in Frontierland than the Starbucks logo on Main St. They closed MSB. Oh well. Life moves on.

Dunkins is to Boston what Starbucks is to Seattle and Tim Hortons to Canada.

As for donuts themselves - they were 3x larger than they are now back in the day (as in 30 years ago).

Did McDonalds in frontierland
sell burgers or just fries? The answer would be Just fries, Starbucks sells their full line of products, it's a full Starbucks store , totally different. I,m glad you don,t review movies, you could pan a movie you never saw and justify the bad review. How can you comment on something you stated you never drink and a bakery you have never set foot in, oh my.
At least the other detractors have a basis for their argument, at least they have been there.

Yep KK came to my city and within a year it closed! We have a delicious local donut chain that frankly no other national donut shop chain or local shop has been able to beat or compete with. I have tried others here and while traveling, and keep going back to our local shops called Meche's Donut King. :hungry:

Just goes to show a one of a kind donut shop can be better than a large chain.
We all have a place like that in our town and we recognize the unique difference and if it closed we would miss it.

Well, thank goodness TWDC restricted McDonald's ability to sell their full menu. Can't have someone else cornering the market on pressed patties and chicken nuggets....

They don,t even sell Dunkers anymore , the original donut.

So I guess you work for Disney and know the details of the agreement.
No, but I've been into two of the Starbucks in the parks, and considering it's primarily their food and beverages within, your troglodytic idea of their coffee and MSB food didn't happen. Not sure why you'd keep expecting anything different, other to keep this thread going....

Let me see you mentioned McDonald only selling fries in
Frontierland so obviously it can be worked out if they wanted to.

Two different companies, two different deals....

In business you negotiate and like the McDonald deal they could have done the same with Starbucks. They just had to care more about the msb and a little less about the money. However they could have had the best of both worlds if they cared to. So unless you were involved with the deal then you would know better?

And now I can assume you were in on the negotiations? Or are you still trying to beat your own little drum?

At least I don't let my vacation get ruined by a cupcake or cookie or whatever it is you used to eat. Get over it. It's gone. Just let it go. I yield to your pomposity and delusions of bakery grandeur. Perhaps you can find a MSB tribute page somewhere on the interwebs. Perhaps you can create one yourself as a monument to that thrilling culinary masterpiece of yesteryear. The rest of us will just get on with our lives.

You are the one claiming what had to be done, it sounds like you have inside information, if you do then state it and this subject is closed.
