For those of us who had rode it and are NOT today/next week/next month, any FOMO going on?

Being super tired today has mitigated a good portion of FOMO for me. Even though I plan on getting a ride on Saturday 12/14.

Months of low wait times for Smugglers and show that demand may be somewhat limited. See what I mean?

I can’t wait to hear the continued spin about Batuu and MFSR after seeing the true excitement and FOMO about ROTR.

We’ve been repeatedly lectured that there was HUGE demand and passion for Batuu and MFSR but it was um, Dorian, uh, car sales, uh dog ate my homework, or something that was preventing us from actually seeing it.

Thrilled to see the response for ROTR vs. the creative disasters and failures of Batuu and MFSR. Better to go 1 for 3 than none at all.

Do you expect this attraction to be a limited engagement? if not, you can probably chill.

Or, people were waiting for Rise to experience the whole land.

What the entitled people don't get is DHS averages 28,000 guest per day. Best case scenario ROTR is what, 10,000.
No matter what system they use around 2/3 or 20,000 guest will be disappointed.
Do the math entitled people and wake up early and be proactive instead of whining and looking for handouts.

Nobody is being entitled. Your average day guest is doing what Disney tells them to do - be at the park before opening. Yet that is not early enough. Nobody would know that unless they browsed here or sought advice on Twitter. All they need to do is be more transparent in their communication.

It's not an insult... It's a reality check. If only a fraction of people can achieve something.. you can't be average and expect to 'get the prize'.
This isn't a prize or an achievement. It's a boarding pass for a ride. This is getting a little weird now. Disney said passes would go live at 8. Instead they just went live whenever. 🤷‍♂️

You want to blame the guests for relying on Disney to follow through? Cool, I guess.

You do realize that
First: Disney is not telling them what to do to ride Rise
Second: IF Disney did tell people that to ride Rise you need to be at the Studio gates at 6am, then all of those RISEistors that have been there at 6am will be there at 4:30 am and getting all of the Boarding Groups. So then if Disney says you have to be there at 4:30 if you want to ride Rise, they will be there at 3am. Disney can not tell you when to be there

We can do this all day Mikey. My point stands, you are barreling down the same side street as the h8rs, just in the opposite direction. They are flying 75mph east on a 25, and you are coming back 75mph west on that same road.

This is not just boarding a ride... This is trying to get on a ride that has way less capacity than the demand.... during opening week no less.

People accept they gotta be up at god-knows-hours to book the castle dinner... and be better than the others to get the times they want... but somehow struggle with the idea that it takes extra effort to get on the newest, biggest, most expensive and most anticipated attraction Disney has built in ages?

Ok...
