So what does 25 seconds mean in terms of accessibility?
Does it mean anyone who is in the app right at 2 PM gets in, or is it a possibility the option to join won't load in time?

Not sure how long it’s been a thing, but there’s now plexiglass dividers in the preshow. More details in spoiler comment:

I don't think that was there on Friday. Here’s my pic from July 26. Honestly not sure why they thought those were needed unless they are loading more, but it doesn't look like it based on the markers.

I know they're dealing with the added degree of difficulty that is COVID, but do you see an improvement to ride ops in the future. Or is this the long term "normal" for this attraction.
You’d hope weak points are being identified and solutions applied. It can’t limp along indefinitely. And surely they daren't do a Rivers of Light to it.

Welcome to a @disneygeek90 less Monday from DHS. T-minus 10 minutes to go 
Since I updated the app, I am having problems with everyone in my party of 3 showing up in the "who's coming" screen. I have been doing dry runs everyday for our trip this Sunday, and I have had this problem 3 days in a row now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app yesterday, and it just happened to me again this morning practicing for a 10 am BG. I was able to do a screenshot and then back up to the "join" button again, and then we all showed up, and I checked "select all" and got to the "not so fast" screen because we are not in the park, so I think we would have been ok and gotten a BG, BUT not sure at all. I am so worried that this will cost us time, and we will not get a BG when we do it for real this Sunday. My son wants to experience this ride in a big way, and Sunday will be his 15th birthday! This ride is the main reason for our visit during this time. Any suggestions?

no worries, select alll with the family displayed andand join. Then al go to a blue shirt GET castmember. They will add them by tapping their bands.

Ride is down already, they cut the queue music so it’s eerily quiet. We got on earlier than our Group 8, looks like we are paying for that.

Not all my party was showing but no matter, my DD snagged BG 9 with his teenager finger dexterity
So, did he make sure everyone was listed before selecting all, like I did?Awesome! Thank you!!

we were all listed on his but i had already instructed him not to worry and continue if that happened to him as part of our pre arrival and onsite practicing
