All you need to pay attention to is the wing you are sent down. Either lane you pick has the same probability of going down either wing. Red/blue of the straight hallway will have the same view as orange/silver right hallway, and vice versa. So, just know that if you’re sent down the same hall you’ll want the opposite set of colors, and if you’re down the other hall you’ll want the same set. I hope that makes sense 😅

Unfortunately this didn’t work!

First ride last Thursday we were in the straight/left hall and the first room you hit. My family was red/blue and we saw side AT-AT.

Just now we had the same hall, but the second (far) interrogation room. We got put on orange/silver so I thought we were good to go. But once again we got side AT-AT.

So, is it randomized? Or is it different by room (not hall)?

It does - group 106 was called at ~5:40pm.
Wow. Didn't know that. Saw the time of your post and assumed that was when last group was called. Don't get it. Doesn't make any sense. They should call 150+ groups a day and if they don't get to later ones then they don't get to them. I understand that they need downtime for repairs/tweaks but the optics of closing the ride almost 2 1/2 hours before the park closes is just bad PR.

Not really. Every group that was given out was called, that’s called managing expectations and under promising and over delivering. Anyone who got a group got to ride, so guests are happy.

Guests aren’t monitoring a line thinking “hey they could have given out more groups and the ride is closed so I’m gonna be mad.“

And by varying the starting group and ending group each day, there’s no real way for people to easily track how many are given out and how many people get through. Clever and sneaky by TDO 🤩😜🤩

Whoever gets the group first - the other person will see they are already a member of a group.

Are both people signed into the same MDE account? If I have one MDE account, can multiple people log in to the same account in an attempt to see who gets the boarding group first?

I guess I understand since the ride just opened and they still haven't had a lot of big crowds, holidays or haven't had the chance to work on it hardly at all. Yeah you're right.

I am convinced that blue/red on the right is front AT-AT every time....and Silver/Orange on the left is front AT-AT.

By right/left are you referring to hallways or interrogation rooms? Presumably rooms since I had both blue/red and orange/silver on the left hallway and they were both side AT-AT.

And if that’s the case for the left hallway, does it hold true for right hallway?
