I’m also thinking that they try to keep the queue relatively short with the normal groups, but are willing to let the line get longer for the backups.

Ok, so now I'm totally on the #startfresh bandwagon. Never pulled one better than 36 before today with #teamrefresh!

Edit - had to close app, start it again and it still did that “not being able to locate my group” til about 60-90 sec after 7am. Both ‘join boarding group’ and ‘check status’ were greyed out and unresponsive for me til then for some reason (not sure if the lack of fingerprint scanning when I went through impacted some of us or not, have seen that proposed as a possible bug issue further back in the boards). Ended up with BG 90 about 7:01:30. Today’s my last day, fortunately I drove and don’t have a hard deadline to leave, but am hoping they don’t go much past lunch time to get there with a 450 mile drive ahead of me. Oh well, at least I’ll get to end the trip with the best ride in the park, c’est la vie!

I have been practicing getting a boarding pass at home in the morning. Yesterday it didn't as for my password, but today it did ask for it. What have you guys experienced? Just wondering because it definitely delays the process.

What the heck!?? When exactly was it giving you that error? When you went to choose your party? I have never seen that before! Bummer, but like you said at least you don’t have a strict time constraint!

I havent had to login again, the app always opens to my account already. The only time I ever have to enter my password again is when I’m mobile ordering.

Yep, it would get to “searching for your party” and froze up (as I’m screaming in my head that I don’t have a “rest of my party!”). Seemed like an eternity as I tried to restart the app again and then try to refresh back and forth pages when that didn’t work, all while frantically scanning around to see that there appeared to be zero guest services folks by the ToT holding area. It seemed that the app didn’t appear to recognize me at first, my best guess is maybe it had something to do with no fingerprint scan this morning since I had no problems Wednesday or Thursday when they used the finger scanners on entry (getting 2nd and 3rd overall groups respectively those days). Random glitches do happen sometimes, so could just as easily have just been bad luck calling my name this time around.

That is so scary!! I can only imagine how long those 90 seconds felt lol. I will say I did no finger scan last Sunday and had no issues. Maybe just some bad luck.
