DHS Star Wars Opening Date?

There is an outside chance for the one in DL will be opened by then. Next to zero chance the one in WDW will be open by then.

I'm also planning a 2019 trip and think the best tip is to plan it as late as possible... originally insiders were pointing to the last day of December 2019 in order to meet the '2019' date however it seems things are edging a bit closer into late 2019.

No, he meant it will be 'just open' by this time in two years. (WDW's version) DLR will be open much earlier in 2019.
