Is the land still opening at 6am? When its open to us peasants? What if my boarding group runs into fp windows for rest of park?

6am 9/1 and beyond for resort guests only.

Let’s hope so. I’m in the World now and can’t see SWGE status in the app. And according to the App Store I have the most recent version. Also, I checked in Sunday and didn’t have one of these flyers in my room.

I was specifically referring to the 6am openings the OP asked about. Of course Disney wouldn’t exclude non resort guests for an entire day. EEMH start on 9/1.

I'd assume the reservations skip the virtual queue entirely or jump immediately to the front of it upon arrival.

If people are in line when it reaches capacity do you stay in the line or do you then have to try and get a reservation?

I wouldn’t be surprised. Despite the boarding groups, WDW has a built-in, guaranteed crowd of CPs who will stand in a long line to get in, and Disney will finally get the pic it needs for its marketing dept.

DHS will probably need those boarding groups for a long time, especially since SWGE is in a park with few other things to do.

I read on another site that security is set to start at 4am to let people into DHS, but not necessarily to start riding anything that early.

Official info seems very scarce at this point. Still no official clarification of parking lot opening time. I have a feeling they are thinking that it is best not to say anything beyond the park officially opens at 6am.

The whole point of VQ is so there isn’t a line to enter the land. So which line are you concerned about? Outside DHS entrance?

If you have an ADR you will be allowed into the land one hour before your reservation time.

Potter is still the gold standard for me. Environment i can emotionally connect to works. I dont feel like im loosing soemthing by visiting places i remember. Pandora is pretty but lacks any feeling outside of FOP. How breathtaking a land is isnt a barometer for depth and awe. If that was the case pandora would be one of the best but its just not. So forgettable.

That's your opinion and that's fine. I've heard others say that Pandora for them is better than Potter and SWGE beats both. To each their own.

Fewer than DL to be sure, but I can easily spend a whole day in DHS even without SWGE.

CPs and all cast members are blocked out for two months soooo nope.
