The whole point of VQ is so there isn’t a line to enter the land. So which line are you concerned about? Outside DHS entrance?

From my reading of the VQ - they will only implement it if the land is at capacity - so people will be entering until they stop admission into the land. So their will be an initial line (crowd) when the park first opens until the land is full. The VQ will then kick in only for people inside the park. You won’t be able to you book you VQ in advance or from your hotel, etc.

I hope the capacity is within reason. It'd be miserable if they did it to actual capacity, like TSL opening.

That there'd be a Coke stand in SWL. I know someone on the supply side whose company was working with Disney on such things. They were waiting for the infrastructure to be installed to make it happen.
