Here is a good recent picture from Bioreconstruct for comparison.

What's interesting there is that several key features seem to be positioned quite differently at DHS compared to Disneyland.

Specifically, the two round turntable structures for the Big Bird Millenium Falcon ride are placed at the back of the building in DHS, but at Disneyland they are placed off to the side of the building.

The Alcatraz building also has a different placement closer to the berm in DHS, although that could just be trick being played by the angle of the photo.

But there do appear to be some obvious differences between the two coasts, and Star Wars Land won't be a direct clone like we had heard so often. At least for the interiors of the big ride buildings.

Actually, it looks like they will be pretty identical. The two turntables that are visible in DHS are already covered by the show building in DL. The two turntables visible in DL are not yet visible in DHS. Here's a crude comparison below. #1-4 are the turntables for the Falcon ride. The bigger box is Alcatraz and notice how the building is about double the size of Haunted Mansion (top right corner, bigger white building).

Do you guys think that Starwars land will be open in June / early July? I'll probably re schedule my 2018 trip to 2019 if that's the case

Disneyland didn't leave themselves much room for expansion, huh...

Both parks seem to be hemmed in identically by major roadways. The "expansion pad" also seems to be identical in both parks; the triangle shaped area next to the Millennium Falcon ride that has two cheap pre-fab buildings thrown up on them in recent months. The only difference is the placement of those two buildings is slightly different at Disneyland.

These two buildings between Millennium Falcon and Toontown; the white building on the right, and the two-story building under construction. These were both roughly duplicated at DHS.

But they are cheap pre-fab buildings that could be used for 3 to 10 years before being torn down and replaced with an expansion attraction or offering of some kind.

That's true, but Harry Potter should have taught Disney that, with a franchise like SW, you don't think in terms of expansion rides, you think in terms of expansion lands.

Oh, thank you! That's fascinating. So there are four separate turntables for the Falcon ride. Amazing.

Disney's Star Wars Land is getting its own Force Tree that adults can browse while kids climb on it.

Whaa???? Did I miss that somewhere? The article doesn't link to any... proof.
This originates from a guy going by the name of Mike Zeroh who is notorious for spreading fake Star Wars film spoilers. Not saying he couldn't be right here, but his track record would indicate otherwise.
