I’m scared of what the prices will be! This hotel will most likely be a “1 time only” visit for us. I’m hoping they don’t go too crazy with pricing.

This exactly! If the price was reasonable, I stay here every time. Heck, I'd want to move in to be honest! But it will most likely be very expensive, so we will probably only do it once.
