Basically, someone was going around warning anyone Barney was talking to to stay away. So they did a "bracket" of all the women he'd been w/ and narrowed it down to the final 6. Lily went around w/ him and made him apologize to all of them but he really didn't. They ended up creating a set-up where they were all at the bar and he was hitting on Robin hoping the girl, whoever she was, would come talk to her when he left. A woman came up to her that he didn't recognized so he gave her this really heartfelt apology making Lily really proud...turned out to just be one of Robin's co-workers.

The funny thing was, at the very end they came back and Barney was sitting at his compter typing a blue-screened journal about what he'd learned to the Doogie Howser song...just like he used to. :ROFLOL::ROFLOL: Classic!!!

Sounds like a good one!
And the Doogie ending...perfect!
I'll have to catch it in reruns.
Thanks for the recap!

Oh I forgot about that! When do you leave for Egypt?
Jun. 11, I think.
But the dates aren't confirmed yet.
5 weeks on your own on a college campus.
True, but it's Pittsburg.
No one likes Pittsburg.
Wait so would you do both the International and Agricultural?
Um, no. One or ther other.
I just read about that one.
It's very environmental.
That's why I applied...

Oooo...and that one's at Penn State.
It's not main campus, though.
If memory serves.

They're not?
Shouldn't they be?

I know a couple of Pittsburghians who live here now, but can't wait to move back. I think they're in the minority, though.

The University Park campus is located in State College. Is that not their main campus?

It should be, soon, but they were waiting on three people to pay up before they can start organizing everything.

Plus, the Pirates are terrible.

Isn't University Park just another name for the main campus?

Well, I hope they work that out soon.

Plus, the Pirates are terrible.

Indeed.

Isn't University Park just another name for the main campus?

I just looked it up.
The main campus for Penn State is in University Park, which is located in State College. So that is where you'd be going.

They have to...

'kay.
But I was leaning toward the other one.

Well that's what I thought.
I was merely pointing out that it was, indeed, the main campus, after you said you thought it wasn't.
Not important.

Anyway...
It sounds like a great opportunity. I know it means giving up a big part of what might otherwise be your last really free summer, but it seems like a good trade off. You'd learn a lot, get a really good idea of what it's like to be away from home for an extended length of time, meet new people, and have something really great to add to your college apps. In your place, I'd very seriously consider it.

I said if my memory serves.
It must have been on break. :lookaroun

It's considered seriously.
Besides, everyone's busy this summer, so it wouldn't be the same if I stayed home anyway (even if I do miss two weeks down the shore...).

EDIT: And it means I'll get to go yet another year without a job! :king:
