Yeah, we just decided to take a vacation in October... kinda outta thin air...

i wish it was more, but I won't be able to afford a ring by then AND I don't wanna pop the question until we're living together... also, with this vacation... it makes Disney a little less likely for that as well considering this vacation will cost me about $1000... and that's $1000 taken away from ring savings...

but oh well... i'll figure it out...

My kids are getting into the Disney spirit a little bit. Yesterday I made a list of everything we had kept from our previous failed attempt to get to WDW and then added things I knew we would need for June. I have some shopping to do. The kids were helping me rummage through - Joel had to try on his swimming trunks and sunglasses. :lol:

I just also realized two more months until school is out too. Then we leave for Florida a week later.

me, personally... I'm not old-fashioned...

I just don't really want to get engaged, and then continue to live at home with my parents and her with her parents...

just like... the way I see her and I now... I feel like it'd be weird our lifestyle if we were engaged... i don't know why... i just do...

she feels the same way though... I know she wants to live together first...


I mean, we're probably looking to move out a week or two after Disney... but I would do it in Disney and have a week or two... just don't want 3-4 months...
