spraying stitch gone

last time i was in dtd was tuesday night, and i was also there monday and sunday night because i was at regal sun however on the final day i had noticed the giant inflatable spraying stitch had been removed, sorry for the delay just got home and pictures follow. :shrug:

Ya, I noticed he was gone too. Maybe out for a Refurbishment before the FL heat returns? Or perhaps just a good time to take him down and away with Ghiradelli's being closed.

I was at DTD on Sat, April 12 and noticed that the spitting Stitch was missing from above the entrance to the pirate room at World of Disney. Cinderella was also missing from the left (when facing) side of the entrance to the princess room. I chalked it up to rolling rehabs.

I've Never actually seen him missing before, but I know he goes through several costume changes every year, I don't know if he has to come down for that.

It wasn't inflatable.

And omg yeah! I saw him, that was really cool! I thought you were on about one on the ground :lol: I hope it does come back :D

EDIT: I just googled it and i think your on about a different one, theres an inflatable one and the one above the store.

That inflatable one was used on a roof in tomorrowland during MNSSHP too.

As much as I HATE stitch I like the spraying one to get the guests who aren't expecting it.

Oh no! I hope they bring him back. The spitting Stitch was cute and relatively harmless (to those who noticed him in time :D).

As much as I dislike Stitch being everywhere this one was OK with me. I enjoy it because like the camels in adventureland its funny to watch people get wet and wonder where it came from.

I also enjoyed stitch spitting on people. I think it was too frequent though as people caught on. I could sit there forever and hope that people would be at the right spot at the right time. I think if he was less frequent it would catch more people off guard, it seems like alot of people see it coming seconds before it does and ruin all my fun :p

Hopefully Stitch wont return, There is lots of other things that could spray people, if we need spraying to be done.
