Yup, if no action was taken against the artist of the original piece nothing will happen over a recreation of it. That'd be like issuing C&Ds to everyone selling fan art on Etsy and at comic cons.

Missed the point. Legitimate media doesnt do things like this. If the mouse was ever looking for an excuse to rid themselves of him, now they have one.

Is he selling it? Wouldn't he technically be profiting off of a product that's not his to profit off of? I'm sure there's a fine line in there but still. And I'm sure Disney Legal wouldn't like that.

What's creepy is the same dude who had that awkward solo conversation with the Frozen characters also probably instructed the model in the HM photo "I need to see a little more of your panties." Seriously.

That's not a big deal if art photography was his profession. But tonight that same guy is an invited guest of Disney at the press event, eating their food and drinking their booze before he merges their brand with his own on social media.

It seems to me there's a lack of common sense about what the average person deems appropriate. I'm not saying everyone should conform. But when you're trying to stay in the good graces of a company that goes out of its way to not offend and to appeal to parents of small children, it's probably best to keep things like this private.

This sums up exactly what I'm trying to say. Someone gets it.

To be fair, he said he got permission from the original artist to do the photo version. Also, don't see how this is anywhere near soft core. I know my , all I'm sayin'.

I think this is a much greater discussion the both you & I could dive into that really is not suitable for this message board…

That being said, I'm not sure how Disney can find that appropriate from something one of their credentialed media is producing…

It's disturbing. As far as these lifestylers making a buck off the parks, Mongello I don't mind. He is purely a positive PR machine.

This Brigante guy looks, acts and apparently just plain IS creepy. And this is a blatant ripoff.

He's got a good voice for radio, though.

Has anyone read the recent micechat article basically stating that everything expansion wise has been cut to smithers? They stated avatar land is losing it's boat ride now, does anyone know if this is true?

I believe so sadly. My Magic + took everything down. Too bad no high level executives will get fired
