I am not buying any more at all. I bought practically everything on VHS. Then, I did the same on DVD. Now, I may have Blu but no desire to start collection numero tres.

You can start collection number four when 4K comes out.

I had most of the VHS titles, but skipped out on the DVDs for the most part. I think Mermaid is the only one I have (wife's favorite). I've gotten a few of the Blu, only because I got them on sale.

I stream so much content now that I almost feel like buying the physical copy is a waste.

My question is..where would they put it? DCA is already packed to the gills...at least it felt that way to me...

I ask that same question every time Disney announces a new attraction for the DLR. They always seem to make it fit, like Drisella's foot in Cinderella.

Rumor has it Monstropolis would go where the Muppets/Mad T Party/pointless "soundstages" area is. I don't know how that would work. I didn't know how Cars Land would work either, but it did. Eh... I don't know. I do know that it shouldn't be going into the park at all.

Hrm...I guess it could work there. That area seemed rather lackluster on my visit...but, wouldn't it break the theme they worked so hard for along the rest of the street?

<shrug>

I don't want to sound like a WDW fan (though I am, first and foremost)...but, it would make a heck of a lot more sense to do it at Hollywood Studios and actually make use of Streets of America and all the wasted space in that park.

They didn't do too much to Hollywood Land and it doesn't have a franchise to make it sacred.

There's a dozen jokes to be made -- (come on, Penn State, Imagineers and fanbois!)

Sadly, all of them would be deleted by a mod.

In talking to a CM I know there, she said they were only selling them to South Americans who wanted the four for $9.99 deal and had no choice.

And go for any tasteless joke you care to make. It will make others smile for as long as it stays.

Seemed lackluster? Haha, it IS lackluster, terribly themed and overall, boring. The thing is, I can bet most of us here on this site can think of better ideas for that area than frickin' Monstropolis. It's obvious Imagineering thinks Monstropolis would work great in that area because of Mike and Sulley to the Rescue... I had a feeling they'd expand on Monsters one of these days... Didn't think it would actually happen (still hoping it doesn't).

You're supposed to sound like a WDW fan haha. I'd definitely rather see it in DHS. That's another thing, the door coaster idea is a Florida hand-me-down. They should think of brand new ideas more often.

It will work in DCA and be done very well. The whole area is going to be alive unlike the way it is presently mostly a dead corner (why Mad T is there).

I never saw it before the refit. I did like it better than HS though.
You missed all of two things, an arch at the entryway and a street without tracks. They had made a few changes as part of the smaller projects to try and fix the park.

Livening up the area is not exactly a high hurdle.

Well, I don't go enough (first time ever in Feb), so I try not to judge it! <grin>

It does seem to fit...in a very odd way...sortof like Monsters Inc "fits" in Tomorrowland? Kids love it, but if you are judging it from a theme standpoint, it stinks. Heck, even Stitch makes more sense there than Monster's Inc...

Well...unless that blogger who worked out the "whole timeline" of the Pixar releases is correct...then, it makes perfect sense! <grin>

The Streetcar was actually something I noted that I was upset HS doesn't have. It would even make sense there (outside of the foot traffic issues created by Fantasmic)...

Depends what would she look like and what level of blog her husband would have (a podcast might help because those are waaaay kewl and not boring folks who think they could work in radio).
Disney podcasts...oh my god. They are boring...

But, since you brought it up, here's what she would look like.
