Spend a day at the Tragic Kingdom

Nothing wrong with a little satire here & there. Some of the map does realistically point out the ugly truth, other parts are worth a chuckle. What I find most entertaining is the Pixie Brigade salivating with anger and getting their shorts in a wad over this. :hilarious:
I'm not part of the "pixie brigade" and I have plenty of negative things to say about WDW. This, however, just reeks of trying really hard to hate the place you supposedly love. That of course applies to much of the online WDW fan community.

I just don't know how anyone could not laugh at "Golden Corral for rich people.", "Boat to nowhere", and "The i4 Ride".

No sense in continuing on. People either get humor or they don't. It takes all kinds to make a world. This is pretty much black and white unless one intentionally decides that they have to find the evil intent in everything. It was obviously meant as a joke (a fairly creative one at that) and many have ranked it in the category of "you just kicked dirt in my moms face". I for one am moving away from it, because it isn't a battle that anyone can win and before long personal insults (Oops, I see that is already to late) will start to fly.

Depending on your personality, personal preferences and sense of humor, the map can be actually funny, mildly amusing, offensive or just plain stupid. In any case, it certainly isn't worth much more than a thought or two, and certainly not worth getting your knickers twisted, unless you have nothing better to do with your day.

There's no need to insult the sense of humor of others just because you don't find something funny.

These are the sorts of people that comedians base their shows around. They probably sit in the crowd yelling insults at them and demanding they leave the stage because they aren't funny. You know, the kind of people you go out of your way to never invite to parties. :joyfull::hilarious:

Some of us make a comment on how we don't find the map funny, and now we're the angry Pixie Brigade? Lol, ok then. Let me repeat myself-I do not find the map funny, but I don't care if other people do, and it doesn't impact my life one bit. And this concept here that seems to be promoted by all the doom-and-gloomers that anyone that ever defends Disney is a pixie duster is laughable. It's funny how a theme park, which is supposed to promote fun and happiness, can inspire such negativity and vitriol in some people. For the most part, I choose not to let any negative aspects of WDW affect how I feel about the parks-but I guess I'm just part of the Pixie Brigade, huh?
This is the exact type of post that the person you quoted was refering to. It's simply a satire map, but you are getting all bent out of shape over it. The site that made this actually does a lot of maps from different cities in the same fashion. So they don't focus all of their aim at Disney.

Relax.
