Everything that I've heard still points to it returning next year. I haven't heard anything new, but things can always change.

It sure is!!! PLEASE WDC Get Fanti from DLRP after Halloween and put it somewhere else. It would do wonders IMO.

Word is it is staying at DLP for next year now.

See this is what I do not understand. The floats are still just sitting back there and have been since 2010! Yet the floats will not be ready until May?

I have a feeling TDO does not want to part with MSEP. Why should they when TDA updated it, still very popular, and apparently DL and DCA do not want it back.

Why would TDO part with MSEP, given their tightfisted reputation. They spent $$$$$ to get it from DCA, and they don't have to spend anything extra to keep running it. ROI and all that. It would cost $$$$ to rehab Spectro floats and re-train CMs to do the parade. It is simply cheaper to continue MSEP and it shows. Too bad.
