Special Dinner Themeing

I would assume all the Carribbean cruises have Pirate Night with the party outside later. What about the other cruises like Alaska or the Med cruise like the Magic will soon be doing. Is there a special dinner themed night on those cruises since it doesn't seem like pirates would be appropriate. Also, in the same line of thought.... Do they have other characters that are geared to the locations? We had Captain Hook and Mr Smee. Seems like I saw Pinocchio in someone's photos that I would assume was on the Med cruise.

Disney actually goes with Pirates in the Caribbean no matter where they are. Pirates in the Med, pirates in Canada, etc. etc. They still call it Pirates in the Caribbean, although there are usually some jokes about it not being in the Caribbean when you are on special itineraries. There are some itineraries that whey will not have fireworks on like Alaska because of the noise restrictions and light issues, but there are generally still pirate parties.

They don't tend to change who the characters are, but they do change what they're wearing. On the Med cruise there were some absolutely adorable outfits based on which country we visited that day. In Alaska they have rain slickers, parkas, etc. It's really fun! :)

This is from the Med Cruise, and it looks like a Barcelona outfit, but I'm wearing a t-shirt from Florence, so I'm not sure what day this was:

This was indeed from the Med Cruise. My dad and wife with Pinocchio:

I knew Chuck would have photograph evidence! :)
So help me out with Goofy's costume. It looks like Barcelona, right? Was it our last night on board? It had to be after Pisa and Florence (because of my t-shirt). Or is it a different stop and I'm just wrong about it being Barcelona?

I looked at my Med pictures and I don't have that Goofy. It does look like Barcelona though. Very Spain-ish!

It does seem like we saw Barcelona Mickey later in the cruise though, so maybe they broke them back out?

I'm totally pushing for an Alaskan cruise for two reasons - 1) I have always wanted to go to Alaska and 2) I want to swipe Minnie's cute coat!
