Space Mountain/Tomorrowland Transit Authority update...

I shot these earlier today (Thursday). Thought I'd share, for what it's worth ...

This looks suspiciously like the construction that took place at DL's TL earlier this year that replaced Cosmic Waves with a circular sitting area:

Vaguely, but I'm placing my bets on a fountain or some other kind of water feature.

I wish we had a updated photo,no one at WDW? Anyway I dont see any water lines or drain lines yet there is a hole,would like to see more before I decide.I will be there on Thursday will have to check it out.

Eh, I'm really okay with the old blue sign disappearing. I never liked it anyway; I never understood what was so great with the bland all-caps block logotype. :shrug:

Out of curiosity, does the sign only say, "Space Mountain" now, or is the phrase, "A Journey Through Time And Space" still incorporated somewhere?

Last week it only said Space Mountain, because there was a board over the sign covering everything else.

It just says SPACE MOUNTAIN, and it looks completed.

Sorry, I was talking about the signs going in on the TTA...are we talking about the same thing??? :shrug:

And, I will have you notice, that it's DIFFERENT from the old orange logo. This one is more stylized. LOVE it.:sohappy:

And I really don't notice a difference with the old to new logo, except the colour. :shrug:

Looks nice! I approve; MUCH better than the outdated boring blue that was there before.

The styling of the letters, or at least it looks different, as well as the underline, again, at least i think its different it might be the color playing tricks on me but I really like it!
