Space Mountain Stars

I don’t remember seeing this posted - has Disney added more stars and projections into Space Mountain recently? It seemed like they were all over the place and very visible now. I really liked the effect, though it definitely contradicts the “darker” look they went for during the refurb when they removed the glow strips.

Anyone notice this recently?

I was thinking the same thing when we rode on Saturday night. (Though there seemed to be less stars when we rode Sunday. So maybe I am crazy.)

Went on the People Mover on Sunday and it definitely seemed like there was a big difference in the amount/brightness of stars compared to when we rode it in September.

When we were there they had lots more stars and it was fantastic! Honestly it also helped with the motion sickness a bit as you had a better sense of direction of travel... Loved it!
