Lame. :drevil:

:animwink:

I am not lame. I am freaking awesome!
:D

Wait. What I just said was really.....lame.
Nevermind. :zipit:

I do stick by my thoughts on SM. I was really hoping this refurb would somehow make it more like the one at Disneyland. But I think that's just wishful thinking.

You lazy so and so. It`s only 70 pages.

New queue decor
New load decor
New load gates
Upgraded software
New physical track (same layouts)
Possible updated postshow
Some new inride visuals
Offride audio upgrade
New ride control system

..and anything they can do with what money is left.

Well...That's nice. I wonder who "new" the audio will be. A BGM? Or a actual score?

Ummm...the structural integrity of the ride suddenly came into question. :lookaroun

They were then faced with two options:
1- Open it and let guests ride it.
2- Close it four months early and just let it sit there.
They chose the option that didn't involve..uhh...possible negative guest impact.
Negative guest impact, AKA Death and/or serious injury

Marni's list fails to mention the Next gen interactive queue and redone skyway building which will allow for breathtaking views of the building.:animwink:

Seriously, it seems to me that it was just a grandiose promotion to see how many APers will show up.

Perhaps the giveaway prize is somewhere in California now... :lookaroun

No, I mentioned new queue decor. Don`t think the excuse to remove the Skyway for better crowd control should come under the Mountain refurb.

The restaurant plans for part of the Skyway structure would have added to Tland as a whole.

Do you know Marni whether the restaurant was going to be QS or TS? Other than using some of the area for SM overflow and the existing restrooms, are they currently planning to use the remaining structure for anything of significance (be it now or in a few years)?

From what I knew, TS.

Asbestos was removed earlier this year, I assumed the project to extend the building was still green. Quite the opposite by the sounds of it, though I still can`t get confirmation of actual demolition of anything.
