News Space Mountain exit being worked on

I hope that this is all fixed by September. Space Mountain is one of my favorite attractions, and the experience starts from walking through Tommorrowland ending when you go to ride the Speedway. Those Dioramas are a huge point for me. Although I am SO very glad they removed those games. I love the atmosphere of the Space Tunnel so much, and they were very intrusive

Could they also do one favor...COULD THEY STOP PLAYING THE WORLD'S LOUDEST SAFETY SPIEL In the star field Tunnel. When they added this a while ago I couldn't hear some of the best music in this attraction...Oh geeze did it kill my vibe...

You will hear it LOUD AND PROUD on this video ....*Ugh* it kills the atmosphere building up to riding at least it stops when you get into the 3rd tunnel area..

I can't remember any of those from 2015 that's terrible! I wanted to hear the music, not some stupid voiceover about safety rules that should be obvious to anybody anyway

They must have been brought in at the start of the year. When I was there in January it was playing...

I HATE the nonsense that plays as you enter the Star Tunnel. I haven't been on Space Mountain since early 2016 and it was playing then.

There's also the "old" safety spiel that you can hear as you hit the bottom of the tunnel. I don't mind that as much, as it's the previous safety spiel, which doesn't mention "feet or legs".

But, this new spiel is like waiting in line of the Tower of Terror garden queue and a Happy Man just gives you Safety warnings of a Spooky freefall ride..

ToT, another queue where the music just completes it.

Yep. There were permits a while back that involved them clearing out the upper level of the Starcade (and PM track as well I believe), adding new exit stars, and expanding the SM queue into it.

Good, the Disneyland Space Mointain needed this. A positive change in my opinion to a Space Mountain I was very disappointed in.

Just got back from Disney. Looks like they are still working on the exit because we had to walk outside along construction walls when exiting.

Just got back this morning. Still exiting behind SM - but from the Peoplemover, I could still see robot dog scene below.
