Incorrect. It's south of MS.

What was that I just heard? The sound of a pile of monkey poop falling to the ground? Guess that one didn't stick...That's our formerly-incarcerated-for-crimes-against-Disney Hilly boy! :)

@marni1971 - are they really going to go all out on this? As much as Disney gets such effusive praise regarding theming, they really have fallen behind in restaurant experiences aside from BOG - theme restaurants are much more common these days and even something like Dinosaur Cafe is more immersive than what Disney has. Even Sci-Fi, once among the pinnacle of theme restaurants, is showing it's age and simplicity. This could be very cool if they really went to town on it.

If its going to be so large, I would think it has Quick Service stamped on it, have they said anything yet about what it will be?

No
It should be very immersive.

One World Trade Center has an awesome animated display as you are going to the top of the tower. Would be awesome to see Disney have a simulated elevator (like in the Escape from Gringots queue) using animated walls like this to make it look/feel like you're going up in a space elevator to this restaurant orbiting above earth. Have it so after you check-in, when they take you to your table they take you "up" in this elevator to the main dining room...

Imagine that.
