If you're looking for beef, you're not going to get it, but if you include seafood, there is calamari and tuna.

I'd prefer nachos and cheese over the option they have. I was really excited about being there during walkup days. But the food is too snooty for me. IF you have prix fixe, ya gotta have at least one relatively benign option. Squid and sushi are hardly that.

Can I pay extra to not get my food in this stupid bowl? I reject the notion that space travel will cause mankind to think that a giant fishbowl is an appropriate vessel from which to eat.

Well, nachos and cheese isn't something you were likely to get regardless of what you were expecting from the menu. If you want that, there is a Chili's probably just outside DS or somewhere along US-192.

The appetizers are NOT meatatarian friendly. A bunch of nasty options.
My 13yo might do the calamari, but that's it, the rest of us wouldn't do an appetizer. I'm kinda tired of the prix fare menus including things I have no intention of eating. Think they'd substitute a 2nd dessert? Lol
And why do they bother to use the technical name for green beans? (Thanks Gordon Ramsey)

I think that's the Centauri Caesar Salad option. Or if you are feeling adventurous with cranberries, pears and spiced pecans the Space Greens.

Perfect. How do I use that as my food bill to get into this place though? If my palate doesn't swoon over this menu, I'm not allowed to go to this restaurant? Didn't see Neil Armstrong or Wally Shirra (or Captain Kirk or Spock for that matter) dining on Galatic Lobster Globe or Buffalo Califlower. Seems like a lot of fru-fru to justify the $55 price of admission.

I disagree. I think the menu is dope and probably "worth" the price (in Disney terms) even without the space nonsense.
