Sony & MARVEL are friends again; Spider-Man is back in the MCU

I suspect its a combination of that and Sony raising capital. So between this and the Netflix deal for the "Pay 1 window" Sony just raked in $3B.
So any potential of Sony selling SPE at this point just grew smaller.
25% ownership in what? (genuine curiosity)

In the Spider-Man movies. Under the new contract, Disney puts up 25% of the production costs and gets 25% of the profits.

I think this is just further evidence that there are no plans to merge the Sony movies with the MCU. I’m very skeptical Feige would ever allow that anyway.
A supporting actor in Ms. Marvel is a major character in Eternals.

sure, but she was in makeup and an alien in Captain Marvel. You can’t really tell they are the same actress.
