I mean that is not hard to imagine.Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind cost more than Legoland New York.
I’ve also heard a theory it could be Hank from Finding Dory.So not sure who has paid attention to this refurb, but based on photos, there is a rock out there with something covered up, looks like they’ve added a seal AA.

It could be, both seem plausible.I don’t think they’d put him above water? But maybe? The shape under the tarp looks like one of the seals to me

Hank made the most sense given the position and size of the rock. But the seals could have been done as well but was less likely as the rock wasn't big enough for all 3 of them.Ooh, you were right!!
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage reopens July 25th -
Take a Look Inside the Lagoon of Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Reopening on July 25 at Disneyland Park
Ever wonder what it would be like to step into the lagoon of Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage? While this beloved family-friendly attraction has been closed for some much-deserved TLC, we got a behind-the-scenes look at what the teams across Walt Disneydisneyparks.disney.go.com
Possible, story is he is trying to keep an eye on the seagulls, so is possibly trying to stay hidden. Would have been cool if they could have found a way to have him blend in to the rock by changing colors from time-to-time.So it looks like Hank won't move.
So does Ed O’Neill get free admission to the parks now or is it only when you’re voice is in the park?
its pretty terrible imo. I respect it for being an og ride but its a cramped claustrophobic experience where you look through tiny windows lol. They could at least upgrade the ride vehicle with bigger ports to look through. You should do it once if your in the area and the wait is not long, just to do it i guess.I’ve still never ridden Nemo.
