That is great it hear! I was a little worried about that one haha. Can't wait to play it!
It had a really bad first showing but the combat is incredibly fun and varied and feels unique to each character despite being based on the same basic principals of light attack, heavy attack, and ranged attack

EDIT: I'm so freaking here for Kamala Khan and her Hot Dad™ Bruce Banner

I respect your views on recent events and I respect a skepticism of main stream new sources.

Based on my own research of these events from multiple sources of multiple scales, I mostly disagree with what tou are saying. But I do understand and respect where you are coming from.

As far as the Biden stuff goes, I can't say I disagree. Just that all those same complaints can be levied against Trump often much stronger and with much more evidence. Especially with the cognitive decline. But again, a lot of this comes down to what specific things you fight more egregious than others. Neither of these men are perfect. And neither would even crack the top 5 of candidates I'd want to see from either party.
Well, I am glad that this little discussion ended on amiable terms, barring our disagreements. I can only imagine what might have become of this had someone from the far-left be involved.

Question of the Day
Excluding Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon, what are the best Nintendo franchises?
Kirby, any kirby game is a pure joy to play. Some are easier than others though, but are still a lot of fun, plus the arena modes typically make up for the easiness for me. I beat star allies arena at least 5 times.
Also the yoshi series (if that counts) is underrated, most of the games are pretty good even yoshi's story. Though not a fan of yoshi's new island at all.

I have never been in on the whole "match three" game thing. I've never played Candy Crush or any of those sorts of games. But with this, I may finally try it out. The "build your own park" concept has always been one of my favorite video game concepts, so I'm excited to see how this translates with the "match three".

So, it's basically a cross between Candy Crush and Disney Magic Kingdoms?

Yes
Question of the Day
Do you like to meet characters in the parks? Who is your favorite?
I like being with people who are interested in meeting characters. Like taking my sister or some friends who are into it. Personally I don't care. The character cavalcades they are doing now are way more entertaining to me.

Favorite characters are the ones with their own big set ups. Like Anna and Elsa in Epcot. There's more of a wait, but it feels a lot more personal once you're there and it feels less rushed. Kylo Ren in Launch Bay was great too

I love meeting characters in the parks. Gosh, it's hard to put my finger on who my favorite is. But, if I may, I'd like to share one of my favorite character interactions...

You know, I never really thought of it like that, but that really does make much more of a difference. I remember the last time I visited the Magic Kingdom, two years ago come next Monday. On that visit, I met Elena and Cinderella at Princess Fairytale Hall. Now, this was quite early on in the day, so the only guests in the room were me and another family. And that means Elena and I got to chat for quite some time. I still remember that we talked of flying jaquins and of flying elephants, and I told her that I think one of the most magical things in the Kingdom is flying on Dumbo while the fireworks are going off.

This reminds me of one of my favorite ever character interactions. I was staying at Art of Animation and cut through the lobby for a mid-afternoon break when I find that it is filled with characters. Now I love King Louie so I saw him and I headed straight over. In a moment where all pretenses of "I'm an adult" went out the window, Louie and I began a game of "Monkey-See-Monkey-Do" and I got some of my favorite pictures from Walt Disney World ever:

I very much prefer face characters to mask characters as there's so much more room for interaction. That being said, I was THRILLED to get pictures Big Al, Liverlips, and most importantly Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum during 2018's Very Merry Christmas Party.

My two favorite face character interactions have been...

-Facillier was on the Mark Twain when it was docked, just looking out alone over the river. I approach him and ask if he knows anything about the creepy old mansion on the riverbank. Facillier does a sly chuckle and says "aaah yes, that's the home to my friends on the other side!" This is part of the reason I'm so excited to have a Princess and the Frog E-Ticket literally around the corner from the Mansion.

-Marry Poppins like a week before Returns came out. I asked her if the Banks children were behaving themselves and without missing a beat she was like "Oh yes! They fly kites with their parents every Sunday, isn't that lovely!?!"

-I've also had AMAZING interactions with Penelope Toothsome, including one that was very familiar with my home town to the point where she could name individual candy, ice cream, and pie shops.

(still waiting for Future to be added at the end of the month,)

You're not missing much. Frankly I'm surprised you're as high on the series as a whole as you are. I think it REALLY went downhill after season three. Also, HBO Max is amazing and has by far my favorite library for a streaming service. At first I was skeptical due to the lack of originals, but MY GOD THAT BACKLOG. The Turner Classic Movies section alone has me salivating at the possibilities.

Also, My Dinner with Andre is on HBO Max. Please watch it.

I think it's because I was only really missing half a season. It was still a slog, but I really thoroughly everything from the wedding to the finale. That and I genuinely thought that the movie was amazing. Honestly far better than I expected.

I plan on diving into TCM when I finish Curb. I need all of those Chaplin features. My Dinner With Andre is on my list, and I might try to watch some of the oddly large number of Japanese films they have. And Doom Patrol. I really need to watch Doom Patrol.
