QotD: Pitch a Disney+ series. Connected to a pre-existing IP? Original story? Adaptation of a story Disney hasn't retold before? Let's hear it.
Game of Thrones style Old Republic show, each season is 7-10 50 mins epics.

Darth Revan, Malik, Bastilla, theres enough material to pull from already while at the same time coming up with some original characters. And also make sure you include Dave Filoni in the creative decisions

a tv pg animated series by the creators of phineas and ferb. would love to see what they could do with a slightly higher rating. they Could create a adult cartoon that doesn’t rely on gore and swears, and make something with actual maturity.

As a kid I loved the Movie Bolt and always thought that it’d make a great show having bolt with superpowers defeating the villain and all, so that could be fun.

However, a Kingdom Keepers series would be just *chef’s kiss*

oh, and a animated diary of a wimpy kid series, styled like the book. it would be both original stories, and adaptations of the books, kind of with some story arcs. the new wrecking ball book would be the series finale.

Mine would also have to be a Kingdom Keepers series. I absolutely love the books and have always wanted a show

Darth Vader Hunter: Animated series that focuses on Darth Vader's first five years as a Sith. Most episodes would center on Vader's mission to track down and kill the remaining Jedi who survived Order 66.

Mine is something a little different that I've clearly thought way too much about.
The Tales of Oz
A live-action modern retelling of L. Frank Baum's Oz series (silver slippers and all) with changes and updates to the stories for a modern audience. Where the 1939 film showed the land as colorful and bright and cozy, Oz here will be a dark fantasy world where danger lurks around every corner.

Plot changes
An overarching plot will be established: through on the surface these are the stories of Dorothy Gale, Queen Ozma, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and others, The Tales of Oz is ultimately the story of an empire of four separate nations, united under powerful magical beings in both good times and bad.

Some examples of the character changes
Dorothy Gale: Aged up to 14/15 for her first adventure in Oz and further ages through the series. She's feisty, a fighter, an optimistic soul in a pessimistic shell, hardened by life on a struggling Kansas farm in the 2020s. A scene that will define this interpretation of Dorothy will be her first meeting with the Cowardly Lion. Where the Judy Garland Dorothy was fearful and struck out in fear and the book Dorothy was strict and defensive, this Dorothy will be active and energetic: she'll see the Lion threatening Toto, scream "I'll rip his balls off!" and be held back by the Scarecrow and the Tin Man in vain, rescuing Toto and taking on the lion and winning, even hogtying him, fitting her being raised on a farm.

The Wizard: He's not the kindly, bumbling man from the movie. Oscar Diggs is a genuinely awful person, a person who takes advantage of Oz and enjoys all the power behind the facade of an all-powerful wizard. Dorothy despises him and it creates some genuinely interesting character growth for the both of them later in the series when Dorothy meets him again.

Again, I've thought about this way too much but I really want this.

Star Wars: The New Republic
Animated series with the same style as TCW. Anthology series centered around Luke, Leia, Han, Lando, and Wedge in the years post Endor. Make it heavily inspired by the old EU with the MCU's approach of drawing from a bunch of sources, mashing them together to create something recognizable but better. Season 1 could have Zsing or Isard as the main villain with Thrawn arriving from the Unknown Regions at the very end for Season 2.
