Amazing!
It looks great!!!! Just one question, will Luigi’s Mansion Shooting Gallery Ride and Yoshi’s Omnimover become expansions or were those scrapped?
Expansion! I left plenty of room on both sides...but since this land had a lot of high cost attractions already, i figured itd be better to spread the wealth around so to speak and have those two attractions arrive 5-10 years down the lineIt looks great!!!! Thanks for answering, that’s a great idea! If you wouldn’t mind could I develop the concept for those 2, plus another concept for a dark ride I have?Expansion! Absolutely! Go for it!Thanks for answering, that’s a great idea! If you wouldn’t mind could I develop the concept for those 2, plus another concept for a dark ride I have?
There's this one (if not two) problems with the choice of creatures for the ride. Having Frank (the thunderbird) does make sense for this attraction since he's what brought Newt to America in the first place. But what would a pukwudgie, a horned serpent, and a wampus cat be doing in New York City? All three are secretive creatures; with pukwudgies being presumably beings as they are related to the European Goblin; and to use the other two is far fetched because they are both very dangerous creatures (the wampus has the ability to see into their victims' minds and hypnotize them) to North America. So instead of the three, why not use a clabbert and hippogriff for scene 2 and maybe a grindylow or kappa for the lake.
Overview
Type of ride: Trackless Dark Ride
Ride Vehicle: A 1920's car without hood
Vehicle Capacity: Each vehicle hosts 2 adults and 1 child
Interactive Elements: Your ride vehicle will be equipped with wands to help Newt spot the magical creatures, some might react to the light. The wands will respond to certain spells (like Lumos) by changing the light intensity/color.
Duration: 5-6 min
Queue
As you enter the MACUSA building, the queue will take you through the upper level (as seen above) of the building, then you'll walk downstairs, where you will walk through Tina's Office, until you reach a hidden door that will take you the Pre-Show. After leaving the Pre-Show, you'll walk through an alley until you reach a New York facade.
Pre-ShowThe Pre-Show will take to an alley outside of the MACUSA building, there Tina and Newt will inform you that some of Newt's magical creatures escaped from his suitcase. And now the need your help to find them, since they are all over New York. Afterwards, they proceed to explain to you how the wands work. Then you'll return to the queue.
Attraction Layout
The ride will take through 8 different scenes where you'll be faced by a variety of fantastical beasts. In the Scene 1, you'll be riding through the streets of New York, where you'll meet a Niffler, a Pukwudgie, and a Wampus. The Scene 2, will take you to a beautiful lake, a Horned Serpent is waiting for you. During the Scene 3, you'll be transported to a Zoo, there an Erumpent is breaking havoc, try to not direct the light to his eyes, or else he might try to follow you, and if you're determined enough you'll be able to spot a group of Bowtruckles. The Scene 4 will take you back to the streets of New York, and it is infested with Sweeping Evils and Billywigs, make sure they don't touch you! In order to take shelter from the Sweeping Evils and Billywigs, you'll enter a Departament Store (Scene 5 & 6), where you meet a cute but hard to spot Demiguise, who will lead you to a magnificent Occamy. Then at the Scene 7, you'll return to the streets of New York, there you'll be lucky to admire some beautiful Fwoppers, a Diricawl and the uncomparable Thunderbird. The Scene 8, will be the most thrilling of them all, as you'll be facing an Obscurus, it is the most dangerous creature of them all, don't let it reach you. Once the ride ends, you'll unload at a Subway Station, and some stairs will guide you outside of the building.

Note: This is my first time developing a ride concept, so I hope you like it
I want to thank @D Hindley for the idea of using wands instead of lamps
LotR and GoT really aren't bottom of the barrel franchises. If you're going to continue scraping the bottom of the barrel for some big name, modern franchise you're going to get splinters under your fingernails. Just saying.
While I am not into it, my friends all are. So it's popular amongst the High School Band, Mathletes, and Soccer teams. And our starting quarterback and I bonded over the Hobbit trilogy once. Definitely not bottom of the barrel.LotR and GoT really aren't bottom of the barrel franchises.
If you ever need someone to look over the essays I used to be a writing tutor in college I'd be more than happy to! Ironically, when it comes to typing here on the forum I barely proofread, but for papers and essays I take it really seriousWhile I am not into it, my friends all are. In other notes, I love the maps and logos. I wish I had more time to help with the project and not just read it. (Though I finished the rough draft essays for all of the 13 colleges I am applying to! Progress!)

I concur with this. Also, I can not think of a single Universal IP that is a hardcore "fantasy." The only one I could think of is Wizard of Oz and upon research I learned that it is owned by MGM.As for the franchises - I know @S.P.E.W has reservations on those two, he's made it known before - but I really think in the overall scheme of things it should be given a chance...and especially considering Uni didn't own Nintendo or Harry Potter circa 10 years ago for their theme parks...so if we were designing a Uni park back then before they acquired the rights it would be this same situation. This project has been fun but it's actually made me realize that Uni needs some new properties for their parks. They've used up a lot of their good films as attractions already.
