I don't see where anyone is saying "Oh, I got this and you didn't" or anything...it's just excited people posting what they got for the holidays. Now...if someone had posted what they got and somebody else LAUGHED...or...said..."What else?" or...something in a negative manner...then I could see your point...but it seems safe now

1. New bread maker
2. 18 qt Oven Roaster (from my sister)
3. Some serving pieces to my Christmas China (from my mom)
4. Emporio Perfume
5. A Sony handycam that burns to a DVD
6. Tupperware glore! Can never have too much
7. A basket of Bath and Body works items (all in Warm Vanilla scent)
8. One of those foam neck support pillows (been wanting one for years)
9. A new can opener, since I break one a year...been a staple item every Christmas :lol:
10. The DVD Pop Culture Trivia Pursuit game
11. A tire care kit (joke from my mom) to match the car cleaning kit I got last year (another joke from my mom)
12. Ton of gift cards from my husbands family (blockbuster to olive garden...never a bad gift)
13. PoC DVD
14. Tomb Raider 2 DVD
15. The most unusal thing from my husband... A Bow-Lingual...really cool. Bark Translator (like I don't know what Mitzi wants all the time anyway...FOOD!)
16. Some little stuff, basically stocking stuffers
17. Crystal bowl
18. Plans to visit Pam soon! WHOOHOO!!! The best gift I got!

Just seems like people sharing and having fun to me. I like hearing what everybody got. It gives some interesting insight into their personalities. I would like to think the people I gave gifts to would like them enough to tell people about them and/or post them for online friends.
I don't think most people care if person A got more than person B, and if they do, that's their own problem.
Just my opinion.

I actually wanted to get the solid black Red Sox cap to get something different this year... last year I got the retro cap, this year I have a regular one.

plus.. it's not how much you got.... it's how much of it doesn't get returned to the store..

for me it was good.. cause last year I got...
NOTHING. Literally.. not a single thing. I was on such bad terms with my family that I while I got them gifts, I personally got nothing. So this year they made up for it....
personally, I would've been happy with a new sox cap and some clothes..
